GTN’s Stephanie Stigge and Allison Saucier recently attended the August meeting of the Houston Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) at the Saint Arnold Brewing Company. These regularly scheduled meet-ups bring together civil engineering professionals from across the region for an afternoon of networking and insightful discussions.
Event Highlights
- Social Hour and Networking: The event kicked off at 11:00 AM with a social hour, providing attendees the opportunity to connect with peers and industry leaders.
- Keynote Address: Council Member Sallie Alcorn, representing At-Large Position 5, delivered the keynote address during the lunch session. Her speech focused on current challenges and future opportunities in civil engineering within the Houston area.
