One year ago, Eric Lambert took the bold step of launching our Houston office, and what a year it has been! Under his leadership, the team has achieved extraordinary milestones, bringing in over 60 new clients in just twelve months. Eric and his team have worked tirelessly to establish strong client relationships, with most of these new partnerships resulting in signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Every client has entrusted us with jobs, underscoring the value and expertise we bring to the table.
Delivering Excellence
Our delivery team has been equally phenomenal, managing just under 100 job assignments—94 to be precise. Out of these, they have successfully filled approximately 47 positions, achieving a remarkable 47% fill ratio. This is an outstanding accomplishment, setting a benchmark that few firms can match.
